Vintage Crochet Lines

About Me

My photo
I'm a lover of vintage times and simple elegance of another era. I'm waiting a while for my special little farmhouse. While I'm waiting, I'm making good use of my time creating lovlies with my crochet hook n thread or yarn, and baking and cooking from scratch for my family.

Remember when....

you played house as a little girl, with your dollies? I remember hanging my dollies clothes on a small clothesline just for my size..I still love hanging clothes outside...
It is a simple pleasure....

What a stroll down memory lane. My favorite doll I named Mary Ellen. Hadn't thought of that in oh so many years. Thanks for the thought. Have a blessed day.

I do! I love hanging clothes outside, especially blankets and sheets. I hope to get a clothesline up this spring. Have a great day friend!

When I first came to Kuwait, I had to fill an old machine with buckets of water, then wring everything out and put it in a cylinder to spin a bit, then take them up to the roof to hang out. I tell you what, they would be dry in no time in the summer heat, and stiff as a board. I am very thankful for my washer and dryer now. Are you doing the CAL with Glor? Best wishes, Tammy
