Do you remember these? Wouldn't it be fun again?

I don't recall any memories of things I purchased with these...although I am sure I must have bought something...?  But I do remember licking the stamps for my mom and putting them in the book...It would be nice to have something like this again....wouldn't it?

Oh gosh, this brings back memories. I saved these the first years of married life. The little table and chairs that was darling daughter's and now granddaughter plays with was purchased with S&H green stamps. That little table and two chairs is right now in my dining room. More than 30 years old now. I also purchased games and other things with them. They would be fun again. We had an S&H green stamp store right here in town. Those were the good old days!! So do you remember anything purchased with them? I am looking forward to reading your comments on this post. Fun memories! Hope your day is a good one!

Oh my...I surely do remember these. I have lots of memories of Mom and I pasting these in books. I think my brothers sometimes helped too. There are still pieces of furniture I remember Mom getting with these in their living room. I don't remember when they went by the way side though. Thanks for the memory.

Oh yes, we had green stamps! I remember using a sponge to wet them because we ran out of spit pasting them in. I remember taking them to the Green Stamp store before I went to college and getting a set of plastic dishes and a student dictionary with them. Such memories, and I still have some of the plates from that set of dishes, 30+ years later!

Good Afternoon..Rain again in Southern In. Mom saved these, so did I for awhile..I think I was near the end of it. I remember getting a wall clock that was made with little tiles and some towels..Gosh wouldn't it help newly married people if they would make a comeback? heck I could use a new clothes hamper!!

Gosh, I can remember helping my mom save and paste these stamps into the books. Oh, the fun we had 'shopping' in the green stamp catalogs. It's too bad my mother always had something else she was saving her stamps for, and never something we kids wanted. They sure would come in handy now!

Oh my goodness ... talk about memories. In returning home yesterday I passed the corner where the green stamp "store" was when I was 10, 12 years old. It was about 30 minutes from where we lived ... back then it was quite a trip for us to take! I too remember licking and putting the stamps in the book. Wasn't it exciting? Thanks for the smiles and the memory.

I must be getting old. I bought a baby book for my 2nd son with green stamps. He's 31 now.

WOW...I collected those in days gone by. Purchased my first electric mixer in married life with green stamps! Still have some copper toned jello molds that I purchased. They are displayed in my kitchen and look as good a "new". They haven't tarnished or changed colors.
