- I'm a lover of vintage times and simple elegance of another era. I'm waiting a while for my special little farmhouse. While I'm waiting, I'm making good use of my time creating lovlies with my crochet hook n thread or yarn, and baking and cooking from scratch for my family.

Take your needle my child and
work at your pattern it will come out a
rose by and by. Life is like that...one
stitch at a time taken patiently.

In the crochet hopper,
I've been moving the hook, ever so slightly, you know I work Sat,Sun & Mon, and so, there isn't much time for hookin, it comes after dinner, dishes, and the ever popular homework..so I have begun the Irish Rose
Vintage Doily Gloria http://glor-crochetgalore.blogspot.com/2012/09/a-finish.html told me about, it is a lovely doily, and I would have love to make a doily clock out of it, but I don't think the hands of the clock would clear the Irish Rose in the center. I have not yet begun
the ever so lovely potholder yet, I have not chosen color, trying to work from the stash. Ever so cool and lovely here today, and it has been lovely sleeping...
