Vintage Crochet Lines

About Me

My photo
I'm a lover of vintage times and simple elegance of another era. I'm waiting a while for my special little farmhouse. While I'm waiting, I'm making good use of my time creating lovlies with my crochet hook n thread or yarn, and baking and cooking from scratch for my family.

Take your needle my child and
work at your pattern it will come out a

Crochet Long Hooded Cape %&%$*%$#!

"Oh Bother"
you know what this means...:)

I'm most frustrated at the moment with Maggie Weldon. This beautiful crochet hooded cape I'm TRYING to make
is becoming most annoying. I've had to contact them and now have them on speed dial about this pattern ongoing,
each time I'm given a correction.  I don't know whether or not to just forget the whole thing, or do it my
own way, which could be a waste of time too.

I have a nice lady named Carol helping out from Annies. Well at least she is trying.

The pattern is going to be gone thru and edited?  Really?

So now, do I

Frog or not Frog that is the question?

Carol has been an absolute doll in helping me with this.
She is sending me a copy of the pattern that she is working on
with some changes...so I hope....

I'm not frogging, but I am winding a new ball of yarn to begin this all over again.... like I said   " Oh Bother ".

really?
They are giving your corrections when you call? That would be just frustrating. Did you have to purchase this pattern? I can't recall.
I hope you figure out what to do.
:/
I'm no help, sorry. Pat

I hate when instructions are wrong. Then I'm never sure if I'm also doing something incorrectly. Frustrating.
